The Antarctic Chef, My Seasons on Ice by Trevor Hancock
A pictorial journey of my seasons as I cook and live in this very challenging environment.

Trevor started his hospitality career at the Bulls Head Quorn, then worked at the Savoy and Claridge’s Hotels in London, before travelling the world working on Cunard's luxury QE2, Super Yachts and in villas before ending up in Antarctica
