Conditions (Issue 1.2)
1) The annual subscription fee of £10.00 covers twelve months automatic email redirection from a personalised village email address to your default email address. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds if you wish to cancel the arrangement part way through the year.
2) This is an arrangement made in conjunction with third party service providers (including the village website hosting company). We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of withdrawal or interruption of this service.
3) Subscribers must already have an existing "default" email address.
4) Once your subscription has been paid and your email forwarding has been arranged, your unique village email address is reserved for you until you no longer renew the subscription. If a subscription is not renewed, the name becomes available for others to reserve.
