1st July 2017 [Saturday]
Quorn Open Gardens
12.30pm to 6.00pm - Quorn Village

Spring is here!! ... and we've set the date for this year's Open Gardens. We are hoping there will be 15-20 gardens open to the public - most will be open on both days, but some for one or the other. As previous years, many garden owners will be selling plants and some will provide refreshments and cakes.

The gardens are scattered around the village - some in clusters and some out on their own. As Quorn is quite a large village, getting between gardens at opposite ends of the village can take time, especially if you're on foot. A bike is ideal, although you can drive as there are very few parking restrictions in the village and you can often park close to each garden. There will be larger areas for parking at Rawlins Academy and in the village centre car park on Station Road.

We are also hoping to have craft stalls at the Church Rooms on Church Lane.

The Passport will be 4.00 per person and will allow free access to the craft fair. These will be on sale a few weeks prior to the event at Bradley's on Station Road and the Co-op on Loughborough Road. Although you can buy on the day from any participating garden.

Proceeds of Quorn Open Gardens will go to LOROS.

If you wish to participate in this year's Open Gardens or would like further information, please contact Ann Clarricoates on 01509 414 105 or e-mail: clarric60@gmail.com.

Don't forget to put this event in your diary!
