Have Your Say at Parish Council Meetings

For a six-month trial period, Quorn Parish Council is to hold a
fifteen minute ‘open’ session at the beginning of its
monthly meetings. This will allow Quorn parishioners to air their
views
and ask questions on any topic they wish.
Certain conditions apply:
You may speak about anything relevant to Quorn Parish
You do not have to book a slot to speak
You may speak for no more that 2 minutes
If you ask a question that cannot be answered on the night the Chairman will advise you when the question will be answered
The ‘Open’ session will be limited to 15 minutes at the Chairman’s discretion
The first ‘open’ session will be held at
the Parish Council meeting on Tuesday 28th October 2003 at 7.00pm
