Peter moved to Quorn in 1998 having previously resided at Evington for 52 years.

Two of his three children also live in Quorn plus, now, both his beloved grand children.

He was Victor Ludorum at senior school and went on to run for the county also the
R A F . Peter was in the R A F for three years and, after leaving the forces, he rejoined “Civvy Street” and met Audrey at Imperial Typewriters on the 14th February.

In his commercial working life he held various positions and spent the last 10 years working at the Leicester Chamber of Commerce as part of their Debt Recovery team.

Peter is an ardent Leicester City supporter with many visits to Wembley in the Martin O’Neil period.

His interest in local matters was brought about when he helped form ROSSCOE this was a residents, association with particular reference to problems caused by living next to the main vehicle access for Rawlins College. A lot of progress has been made with the help of the present Principle Mr Callum Orr. But There are still problems regarding Traffic, Noise & Light pollution which he hopes, with help, to resolve.
